Car parking ... Limited car parking facilities at the hotel are available for £8 on a first come first served basis. There is also pay and display on street parking adjacent to the hotel and an NCP parking garage a short distance away.

Disabled Facilities ... The hotel has ten disabled rooms, some have wet rooms with wheel in showers and others have adapted bathrooms with grab rails.

Indoor Pool and Yu Spa ... The Hotel features a Japanese inspired holistic Spa, which operates from 07.00 till 22.00 weekdays and from 08.00 till 22.00 on the weekends. The Spa consists of a Stainless Steel Ozone Swimming Pool, which is heated and is 1.2 metres in depth. Children can also use the heated swimming pool. This service is complimentary to all residents of the Hotel. A tropicarium is also available to the guests service, where they can relax in the steam and sauna rooms. For those guests who wish to exercise, the Gym features equipment for cardiovascular exercises, complemented by LDC TVs.

Restaurant ... The Rooftop Restaurant Heights serves Scottish & Continental Breakfast from 07:00 till 10:00 on weekdays and 07:30 till 10:30 on the weekends. The Restaurant is also available for fine dining on the evenings, when guests can enjoy their meal and at the same time fantastic views of the Castle and the Grassmarket. The Restaurant is spacious and can serve up to 120 guests. It is contemporary in style featuring gray carpeted floors, cream walls and modern furnishings in red and gray colors. In general, it has a warm and relaxing feel to it. Guests can also enjoy a light meal or just a coffee at the Metro Brasserie, situated on the hotel's ground floor. The Brasserie is modern, bright and spacious with parquet floors and black leather seats.
