Our Review
The George Hotel offers you the chance to stay amid the Georgian splendour of Edinburgh’s New Town, yet still be close to Princes Street, the Castle and the Royal Mile. The hotel’s Grade II-listed façade has been impeccably preserved and inside there is a wonderful air of contemporary chic. The George Hotel does everything with style which is why it was voted Best Hotel in Edinburgh at the Scottish Hotel Awards 2011.

It is surrounded by excellent bars, clubs, shops and restaurants.

Very central... location on the top of george street is perfect for a nite on the town... you are spoilt for choice in pubs, clubs @resteraunts... fantastic location... very good central location in the New Town just a few minutes stroll from Waverley Station.... Very good location... excellent location ... within walking distance of most major sites... this hotel is in an ideal location ... in the heart of things ... Superb location.... Right in the middle of it all!... great location ... Central location... ideal location... close to everything we needed...
