Fantastic in every sense. Made to feel comfortable and welcome, staff made conversation about our visit, breakfast opened early for marathon runners (of which I was one). Room service was quick and easy. Our room was over a busy street (what you get with such a good location), but canceled noise by closing window and double glaze and turning on the air con for a hot weekend. Want to go back again and again!
