The hotel is well situated with a 10 min walk to Princess St or 5 min to the Royal Mile. It's Clean, modern and the staff are polite and helpful. The Breakfast is well worth it if you can get it in with the price.

Top Tip:
If you are staying for the Marathon the hotel caters for runners and is not too far from the start.
