Traveller from Lossiemouth stayed in June,2009

We have stayed at the Radisson before so was slightly disappointed this time. We booked the rooms 31st January 1 DOUBLE 1 TWIN and still we were not together on the same floor. Also the twin was a double and we were assured this would be addressed but my husband had to go down and ask for this to be sorted again. Our room had a brown chip in the bath. Also when we were checking out we were asked for a payment again, they seemed slightly disorganised at the desk.

The Wildfire Restaurant, Rose Street, lovely meal cooked to perfection and great service.
