Great hotel staff really great and a short walk from the city centre and close to Holyrood and arthurs seat previously stayed at carlton, radisson but would go to the Holyrood hotel again!

Top Tip:
the witchery theatre suppers are good value and the cafe royal behind princess st and opposite the balmoral sell great food oysters superb!
